Deep cleaning

Vacant move-in & move-out

Rental Turnover Reset
A light reset between long-term occupants for a vacant apartment already in good condition. Covers accessible surfaces, kitchen and bathroom touchpoints, appliance exteriors, floors, and a final check. From $165 for eligible small apartments.
Full Vacant Turnover Clean
A complete first clean after move-out: kitchen, bathroom, empty closets, accessible surfaces and trim, and floors throughout. From $249 for a studio or one-bedroom.
Vacation Rental Changeover
Cleaning between short-term guest stays: kitchen and bathroom touchpoints, accessible surfaces, and floors. Linens, laundry, restocking, and an owner checklist are included only if listed in the written estimate. Quoted by property and turnaround schedule.
Quoted add-ons
Appliance interiors, cabinet interiors, interior windows, and other details can be included in your written estimate.
$125 minimum service charge
Final pricing depends on size, condition, access, scope, and approved add-ons. We confirm the scope before scheduling.

Every job receives a written estimate based on the property’s size, condition, and approved work. The $125 minimum is the lowest charge for an eligible scheduled cleaning visit. It is not the price for either turnover package.
Light Rental Turnover Reset
From $165 / eligible small unit
For a vacant, already-clean apartment up to 1,000 sq. ft. with one bathroom. This is a light reset between long-term occupants. A first complete clean after move-out uses the Full Vacant Turnover Clean scope.

Full Vacant Turnover Clean
From $249 / studio or one-bedroom
For a vacant unit needing its first complete clean after move-out or before occupancy. Larger units and heavier conditions are quoted individually.

- Empty closets, accessible surfaces and trim
- Floors throughout and final presentation check

Custom quote / property and schedule
A short-term guest changeover is quoted separately from the $165 light apartment reset and $249 full vacant clean. We agree on the guest-ready checklist, turnaround time, access, and any linens, laundry, or restocking before booking.
The $125 minimum is not a turnover package price. Appliance or cabinet interiors, interior windows or tracks, extensive wall cleaning, heavy buildup, pet odor, and trash removal are quoted separately. Extra work needs your approval.
